A day well spent
I booked online and got the tickets by email straight away. The tour is very good, pick up from Bordeaux centre. We visited 2 châteaux for wine tasting and lunch in the 2nd one. Very good food and wine. The visit to Saint Emilion centre with our tour leader was very interesting. Thank you Frédéric

Great intro to Bordeaux
We really enjoyed this tour-- a perfect intro to Bordeaux. The only concern is the audio system was quite staticky, so if we weren't right next to the guide, it was difficult to hear. That being said, we enjoyed the tour-- very interesting and fun.

Not what was advertised
We thought we were booking a English speaking wine tour of Bordeaux. Instead we got a historical tour of the town and 1 winery. Bridget was great except she spoke in English the French which took twice as long so we had no time to explore the town. We found out later that out of the whole tour group there wad only 4 French speaking people.
I would not recommend this if you want to do a winery tour of Bordeaux.
Many people in the group I spoke to weren't happy.

Missed walk
Unfortunately we missed the tour as the traffic and tram into Bordeaux was very busy
We were unable to make the next day tour so we lost our money
We did go on the open bus tour so it would have been nice if this had been offered as an alternative but we had to pay again

Regarding the refund of the visit you missed, it is not possible to reimburse for a delay as stipulated in the general terms and conditions of sale. We could only offer you a deferral on the same visit that is organized by the tourist office directly. The bus tour is sold at the tourist office but is organized by another company which justifies to charge the seats. For economic reasons, anyone who does not show up for a visit leaves empty seats without the possibility of resale. Replacement on another visit is offered as a favor but does not allow the organizer to reimburse the loss of profit. Good experience in Bordeaux
Alcide got pretty deep into Greek mythology while explaining Bordeaux’s fountain and the inside of the House of Wine. While interesting to a point, it meant we never got background on things like the water mirror or Hotel de Ville.
But he had an entertaining tour, was easy to understand and did an amazing job keeping everyone safe from bikes and trams. I think we were lucky in that we got an English only tour while it seems some tours split time between French and English. Very good experience.

Sight Seeing Tour Bordeaux
Too general and I would have expected a bit more exciting way of presentation.
Unfortunately our tour wasn't with the scottish looking guide, who appeared more exciting and with a bit of character.
Sorry to say but a Mexican guide doing a french tour in Bordeaux wasn't our expectation.
