1:30 PM: Meet your guide in front of the Bordeaux Office de Tourisme at 12 cours du XXX Juillet.

En route to the Médoc vineyards! Traveling along the Route des Châteaux, your guide will speak about Bordeaux’s vineyards, and you’ll get to enjoy some of the region’s quintessential landscape.

2:30 PM: Visit a Grand Cru Classé winery in the Margaux appellation followed by a wine tasting.

3:45PM: Scenic drive toward next stop on the tour, marveling at the various prestigious wineries including Château Margaux.

4:15 PM: Final visit for the day at a ‘Cru Bourgeois’ winery, including a wine degustation paired with a taste of the local produce!

6:30 PM: Back to Bordeaux in front of the Office de Tourisme.

Brilliant experience

Alex our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all our questions on wine food and Bordeaux. We all had a great time travelling and in the wineries. We would all highly recommend this tour it is nicer to do with a Small group. We got to taste 7 wines and were given a bottle for our group to share at the last winery after sampling 3 of their wines. Overall for what you are getting private transfer / knowledgable sommelier / tour guide and to visit 3 wineries and have tastings in 2 it is well worth the cost would highly recommend. I would add the guides in the wineries were super and very knowledgeable we learnt a lot .

Alex is a talented tour guide that made our afternoon full of fun and joy. He kept entertaining us throughout the whole afternoon with expertise knowledge of wines and talks & jokes on French culture, etc. Thanks to the cheerful, humorous atmosphere that he created, people in our group became good friends immediately. I took another tour of the same company with a different guide, but did not enjoy it as much as did in Alex's group. Since it is a pricy tour, make sure to be in Alex's group and it will be worth the price. A tour guide makes a BIG difference.

Alex was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host Great venues and good fun. Watch out for the quiz. Alex loves driving so much that he took us over the same bridge twice just to make sure we were paying attention. Thanks from the Aussies

François was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. He brought was to two different chateaus including a surprise visit in between. Thoroughly enjoyable day, learned a lot and the wine was great.
