Good value into to the city

The commentary provided some interesting history about the area and seeing the city from the river provides a good perspective. It was little difficult to keep with the commentary as it continually switched from French to English and back, but it wasn’t a major problem.

It was a good experience overall. The guide, Anne Marie, is a great storyteller and was able to entertain us while telling us about the fascinating history of the city of Bordeaux. I made a special request to her to wish a friend a happy birthday and she did it. I recommend it :)

Liked the guide, views and relaxed atmosphere. A larger glass of wine would have been appreciated:-) maybe a choice of local beer rather than generic larger. Would recommend the trip for an overview of the city from the river.

Enjoyable and interesting trip well explained by the guide. Not sure I would recommend to people with young children as the few on board quickly became bored and subsequently became noisy making the guide sometimes difficult to hear. The boat was moored midway between two gates quite far apart giving access to the jetty and it would be good to have signed as to which gate was going to be used. Many people including myself queued at the wrong one. Apart from that an enjoyable entertaining cruise which I will definitely go on again next time we come to Bordeaux.
