It was an excellent experience for our trip of four (2 first-timers to Bordeaux). We chose the Grand Classic visit and truly enjoyed the historical tour of the entire city. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable, kind, and stopped to answer questions at any moment. We recommend this two-hour tour if you want a wonderful historic and cultural overview of this lovely city.

Tuktuk did not turn up and have been unable to contact them for a refund
It rained heavily in the morning and the tuktuk did not appear at 11am on 8th June as booked (order no: 401718608756)outside Bordeaux Tourist office. They advised that they weren’t coming because of rain and I would need to contact them direct to get a refund of €210. It is a week later and have had no response to emails or phone calls……
Still trying to contact them now back in uk
