One of our favorite memories in Bordeaux
We really enjoyed our tour with Rustic Vines and would recommend it to friends visiting the area. The whole day was well paced and we left the tour with a deeper understanding of the winemaking in Bordeaux. Our guide was fantastic—very accommodating to anything we needed and an excellent source of information throughout the day. Considering everything you get to try and do, we felt the tour was fairly priced as well!

Best way to see the vines!
We had a fantastic day exploring Saint-Emilion with Rustic Vines Tours, guided by Daniel. He's a wonderful guide. He's knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the region. What stood out most was his willingness to let us take our time at each stop, never rushing the experience.
The châteauxs selected for the tour gave us an excellent sense of the area and its winemaking traditions. However the two chateaus were a little similar so maybe a bit more variety would be good. The tastings were memorable, and the lunch was delicious. Despite the heat, we felt well looked after throughout the day.
The whole experience was beautifully organised. Attentive to detail, thoughtfully planned, and executed with care. Highly recommend Rustic Vines Tours to anyone wanting an authentic, unhurried introduction to the region.

Amazing tour!
The Medoc tour is simply incredible. The chateaus in the region are stunning, both to tour and simply to look at. Having food pairings at each chateau was a fantastic touch, it really adds to the experience of tasting the wines. Our guide, Ismael, was great. He knew lots about the region, and filled out the tour between chateaus with great facts and trivia.

Wonderful Tour
The St Emilion tour was fantastic. Our guide, Roberto, was extremely knowledgeable and set us up perfectly to get the most from the winery tours. He was also very personable. The wineries that we visited were gorgeous, and the wines were very good. St Emilion itself is stunningly beautiful.

A Long Day - but worth it!
Enjoyed a long but delightful day exploring the Bordeaux wine region with our guide, Daniel.
First stop - a wine shop and tasting of five wines. The shop owner asks everyone to rank the top two at the end of the trip and we were shocked we all chose the least expensive!
Second Stop - small vineyard right outside Saint Emilion proper. I thought I hated merlot until I tried it here. Wow - amazing
We also had lunch at the end of this stop. That's the only thing I think could be improved upon on the tour. Lunch was a charcuterie board shared by each couple that include bread, cheese, meats and veggies. It was large, but knowing we would be drinking all day could have used something a bit heavier like a true sandwich.
The two afternoon stops in the Medoc. By this point we had driven (ridden) quite a bit and with the 105* heat it gets a bit hard to remember. But I do know our last shop did a chocolate pairing with the wines that was delightful.
Daniel was an excellent guide with SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE. It was a lot of wine and a lot of driving/riding - but worth every penny! An incredible value for everything we drink and saw that day!

A great day in the Medoc
This small group tour in the Medoc was excellent. Ismail drove us in the van to just 3 chateaux. At each one we were given a good presentation of the chateau and its history and the terroir etc and then had a tasting (of at least 3 wines) accompanied by local food/snacks. The pace was perfect - not rushed at all but relaxed and comfortable. It was well organised, informative and educational. The 3 wineries were all different and they were a good combination. We’d recommend this tour.
