Half day tour of Saint Emilion and a winery visit
We were collected from the Bordeaux Tourist office by the our fabulous tour guide. We travelled in a large comfortable van to a beautiful winery in Saint Emilion where we got a tour of the winery and the opportunity to taste 4 different wines which showcased various styles, terroir nuances and aging. We then continued on to the stunning and historic town of Saint Emilion where we were left to explore and shop for a while before rejoining our guide and returning to Bordeaux. It was an excellent tour for our group which had mixed winery experience. We all learned something new, had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back to experience even more of this beautiful wine region. Highly recommended!

Very nice!
5 persons from our family were in this tour and all concur that the guide Mathis is great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Future participants however should note that there are wine shops in the village selling even better wine than the vineyard at cheaper prices. Don't be too hasty to buy 24 bottles at the vineyard! In any case, the tour was excellent and anybody else with under age children who cannot participate in the group tours should do it if they have limited time in Bordeaux.
