Quick and well designed wine tour
Stefano EDEFONTI 10/17/2024
In 4hrs we had the chance to visit both the super nice village of saint emilion and a chateau with wine tasting. The real plus of the experience was our guide Margot, very interesting and prepared that gave us a different perspective to what we saw. She has also been very helpful suggesting us nice places for food and drinks in Bordeaux. Schedule of the trip was perfectly timeful and sufficient to see almost everything with no rush

Great wine tour

The overall experience was absolutely incredible. Each of the three chateaus was fantastic, and the wine tasting along with the information shared was truly engaging. The picnic was exceptional, and our guide, Ester, was a star. We especially enjoyed the first two stops, where we got to witness the end of the harvest process. Thank you, Oh la la, for such an unforgettable experience!

Mediocre wine tour
marybeth shippole 10/16/2024
The tour guide was American and pretty new to Bordeaux. The tour started with a visit to chateaux Margaux. We could not get very close so I didn’t think it was really worth the stop. Pictures could only be taken at the gate. Our second stop was a mediocre Chateau where one of the wines was not a Margaux as it was a mix of grapes from outside of Margaux region. The wine cellar tour was interesting. The third stop was a much more modern chateau that had 2 excellent Margauxs for us to taste. Overall I would not suggest this tour.

An excellent introduction to the tradition of winemaking in Bordeaux
Peter Donaldson 10/07/2024
Firstly, booking this tour was easy and efficient and the staff were helpful and informative. The option to cancel up to 48 hours before is reassuring (but hopefully not necessary). The drive through Bordeaux and to the countryside to St Emilion was enjoyable and provides a great overview of the scale of the region. St Emilion itself is a must-see town and our Guide, Valentin, knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. The three Chateaux we visited were welcoming and the presentations of their processes and produces were enthusiastic, amusing and educational. Rightly so, the product is fabulous and we were able to enjoy more than enough - thank you. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Great instructor who was passionate and knowledgeable. Good amount of tastings with a small cheese and meat plate. Easy to book and easy to find.

Excellent wine master-class in downtown Bordeaux.
David U'Ren 09/30/2024
I liked all that this masterclass included, it was very well organised and covered a good range of wines. I recommend it for those who are new to wine up to those with good experience. Bordeaux is a great place to test your knowledge of wine and try those you may never have had before.
