I liked the tour to Medoc from the beginning to the end. Our tour guide Astrid was knowledgable and helpful and contributed to an overall nice experience. She did the tour bilingual in a pleasant wayt. It was useful to visit two very different wineries.The tasting was also nice. I had my son in his 20ies with me and we both liked the tour a lot.

Dear Madame, we are very sorry that you have a bad feedback concerning this tour. The guide explained to us, that she and all the other bus passengers had waited for you 10 minutes in Saint Emilion village after your free time schedule. As they had the appointment at the winery they could not wait any longer. The car driver even went back to find you. It seems you decided to stay in the village. He had even given back your bag, which was lefted in the bus. Maybe all this is a language misunderstanding ? Yours faithfully
