You will examine both the vine and the soil, get to know how to cultivate diferent grape varieties with organic method and biodynamics under our specific climate. Understand the cycle of the plant, the conditions of growing top quality grapes, the precise work of our team...
Follow the itinerary of mature grapes from the plot to the cellar. In our modern winery you learn about the work and challenges involved with winemaking and aging. The high-tech material and process is adapted to our simple philosophy: adaptation to the very caracteristics af the grapes, plot by plot, vat by vat. Precision and care ar the key words here.
Then comes the precious moment to taste or Saint-Emilion wines while enjoying a selection of 2 fine cheeses.

This is an exclusive visit: it may vary a little with the seasons, schedule and work of the winemaker.
