Begin your wine tourism experience with a picnic, enjoying a panoramic view of the vineyards accompanied by a glass of wine.
Choose from a selection of dishes prepared with regional products, including gourmet options such as chicken, beef, duck, pork, as well as vegetarian and vegan alternatives according to your preferences for the day (appetizer, main course, and dessert).
Next, you will be greeted by an experienced guide who customizes the tour according to your expectations, providing detailed explanations about wine production and the specificities of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation.
Our initial stop will be at Château Tour Baladoz, a historic estate dating back to the 16th century, renowned for its traditional concrete vat room. Here, you will gain insight into the entire production process, from harvesting to bottling.
Following that, we will explore Château La Croizille, a property at the forefront of modernity. You will learn about production differences and enjoy a unique panoramic view of the Saint-Émilion appellation.
Finally, the tour will conclude with a commented tasting of 3 great wines from our estates.
