The establishment created by Henning Thoresen, a Norwegian wine merchant who has always wanted to make the most prestigious Bordeaux wines accessible "by the glass", opened its doors to the public in October 2009. "In the same way that you wouldn't buy a car without trying it out," explains Laetitia Jiménez, the manager, "before buying a Grand Cru, you have to test it".
A unique experience, coupled with an educational approach: through these tasting workshops, discover Bordeaux vineyard and the characteristics of its wines. For this workshop, we select representative wines from the different appellations of Bordeaux, so that you can compare them.
