Created by Henning Thoresen, a Norwegian wine merchant who has always wanted to make the most prestigious Bordeaux wines accessible "by the glass", the establishment opened its doors to the public in October 2009. "Just as you wouldn't buy a car without trying it out," explains Laetitia Jiménez, the manager, "before buying a Grand Cru, you have to test it. A unique experience, coupled with an educational approach: through these tasting workshops, discover the workings of the Bordeaux vineyards and the characteristics of the Grands Crus Classés. For each of our workshops, we select representative wines from the different appellations of Bordeaux, so that you can compare them.
- Discover the different classifications of Bordeaux: Classification of 1855, Grands Crus Classés de Graves, Grands Crus Classés de Saint-Emilion with wines belonging to different appellations: Margaux, Saint-Julien, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru and Pessac-Léognan.or/and white wines: AOC Pessac-Léognan.
