An afternoon wine tour in Medoc
Drive along the « Chateau Route » of the Medoc Region, pass by mythical appellations which made the reputation of the Bordeaux wines. This specific terroir produces powerful red wines. During the afternoon, enjoy the visit of one chateau: a prestigious Classified Growth chateau of 1855!

2:00pm: Meet your guide in front of the Girondins Column. Look for the sign "Bordovino - A la française Bordeaux". Leave Bordeaux & drive through the Chateau route of the Médoc. The guide will provide you with all the information about the Bordeaux & Médoc region.
3.00pm: Visit a Great Classified Growth 1855 estate. Visit the vineyards, the vat room and the cellars and enjoy some explanations about their wine making process, from the vine to the bottle. Finish the visit by a tasting of the estate’s wines while enjoying an aperitif with French delicacies (fresh bread, cheese, dried sausage…)
4.30pm: Your guide will take you on a van tour of the Médoc's finest châteaux, with a stop in front of Château Margaux. At the end of the tour, you'll stop by the vineyards to enjoy a glass of white wine served by your guide.
6:30 pm: Back in Bordeaux.
