Walking tour Les Cordeliers St Emilion
The particularity of the Cloitre des Cordeliers, the production of Crémant and the underground galleries in this atypical place in the heart of the medieval city classified UNESCO.

The guided tour begins with a historical explanation of this former cloister classified as a Historic Monument, an architectural masterpiece renovated in 2019 which marries the old and the modern.
It continues in part of the 3 km of underground galleries 20m underground in which the sparkling wines of the Cordeliers are produced, the history of the quarries and the production method are detailed there.
It ends with a tasting of vintage cuvées accompanied by one of the famous Saint Emilion macaroons, in the mezzanine of the 15th century church.
Walking tour lasting about 40 minutes, possibility of taking a lift for people with reduced mobility.
Tasting for about 20 minutes of 3 Sparkling wine : white, Rosé and white made with black grappes accompanied by a traditional Saint Emilion macaroon.
A syrup will be offered for children.
