Tuk Tuk through the vineyards
Janet Bartczak 10/16/2024
This was a fun excursion for our group of five. Cruising through the vineyards with stops along the way to hear about the grapes, cultivation and local lore, into the Cordeliers cellars and ending with a sampling session...all wonderful. Our guide was an energetic delight and knew how to handle a TukTuk! I guess the only issues I had were climbing in and out of the TukTuk w/ my aged bad knees...but that's all on me. Would definitely do this again, and highly recommend.

Disappointed

Absolute disaster! 6 people in one tuktuk on rainy day with plastic cover ?! I would like my money back , that bad We specifically booked in advance and asked for English speaking guide for our group of 4. But as other 2 people were added to our group who did not speak English we ended up with the guide who had to give tour in both languages. The guides was inexperienced, bad driver, limited knowledge ( basic facts of the internet)

Fun, with caveats

It was a fun experience, however the TukTuk was quite uncomfortable. If you are tall or have mobility issues it is not very easy to get in and out of, also banging your head on the metal bars around the roof. The roads are nearly all cobbles and uneven therefore with such a low roof, it’s inevitable that you will get a few bruises. We were on the tour with two older people who, along with my partner found getting in and out very challenging. Edith(?) our driver was very pleasant and a good driver. She also talked us through lots of history and wine making techniques. 5 stars to her.
