Exchange of information and booking before the visit was really easy, good, clear and complete. For sure I will recommend Guide was really friendly and good “teacher” Also I lost a blouse in the van and the costumer service was prompt in response and return my goods.

Guide makes a difference

Whether spending 100EUR is worth or not depends on the guide. I joined another wine tour organized by the same company and the guide was fabulous. I did not have much luck with the guide of this St Emilion your.

Disappointing Tour
Fiona Darcy 09/24/2024
The tour was much shorter than we were led to believe on booking. The winery was completely empty of any staff or other visitors with all of the buildings shut. There was no real atmosphere, no walking of the vines, no tasting on site and no tactile element to the tour. We were then taken on a bus to a wine shop to taste wines which was unexpected and again lacked an integrated experience. We were not shown the process of wine manufacture nor was there any indication that wine was actually produced in the winery we visited, it felt like a museum rather than a working winery. Disappointing, was all over after 80-90 minutes, aside from the short tour of the village. Would not recommend.

Amazing tour with e-bikes - highly recommend!
Nate McDonald 09/22/2024
Such an amazing tour and our favourite during our entire Europe trip! The e-bikes were a great way to view the many many vineyards in the area. Our tour guide, Clem, was fantastic - very personable, hospitable, and informative. The provided lunch was better than expected and my wife and I loved Saint-Emilion! We will definitely be back and will likely do this tour again

A must if visiting Bordeaux
Rhiyana Saggoonoo 09/21/2024
Loved everything from start to finish. Annabelle was a great guide, she was just lovely. Special mention to Maxime and Virginie our wine connaisseurs. The first chateau (chateau carbonnieux) shows you the whole process of wine making, the wine there tasted amazing. The 2nd stop taught us a lot about wine (colour and smell) and made us taste this incredible wine inside chocolate. Maxime at the Chateau Palais Cardinal was fun and interesting. We had a little picnic lunch there which was very cute. Then we went to visit the medieval village of Saint Emilion which was just majestic. Finally we went to Le Chatelet where we tasted wine solely made for the michelin restaurants and of course was one of the nicest I ever tasted. Highly recommend!
