A different perspective on the city

Really enjoyed the English language commentary, which really helped to explain what we were looking at.

The commentary provided some interesting history about the area and seeing the city from the river provides a good perspective. It was little difficult to keep with the commentary as it continually switched from French to English and back, but it wasn’t a major problem.

It was a good experience overall. The guide, Anne Marie, is a great storyteller and was able to entertain us while telling us about the fascinating history of the city of Bordeaux. I made a special request to her to wish a friend a happy birthday and she did it. I recommend it :)

River cruise

Liked the guide, views and relaxed atmosphere. A larger glass of wine would have been appreciated:-) maybe a choice of local beer rather than generic larger. Would recommend the trip for an overview of the city from the river.
